Shirish is an entrepreneur, advisor and investor in multiple technology companies, with a focus on software and AI. He is currently the Founder and CEO of eBlissAI, an AI enabled predictive automation software company. In the past, he has been a part of the senior management teams of multiple VC and PE backed entrepreneurial companies with significant growth and successful exits. Shirish was also a Managing Director and Founder of the South Asia group at Alantra, at a global investment bank, where he advised several leading high growth technology companies across US, Europe and Asia on their growth strategy, mergers and acquisitions, capital raising and new business development. Shirish is also an Entrepreneur in Residence at Harvard Business School, has been on the board of TiE Boston (among the largest global organizations promoting entrepreneurship) and advises multiple startups in areas such as AI and software. Shirish has a B. Tech. from the Indian Institute of Technology – Bombay (ITC Management Scholar), MS from Stanford University and MBA from the Harvard Business School. Trained in classical music, Shirish is also the founder and lead singer of a music band focused on social good and has performed extensively across the US and internationally. He has also been the winner  of the American Indian idol competition and has a bachelors in classical music.
